To gain access to the infrastructure and services of the NKUA, it is necessary to have a user account. To become a user, you must apply for the Creation of your Digital Institutional Account.

Account Management
With the Account Management Service you have three options available to manage your account:
- Modify Details Application: With this option you can request to change some details of your account which are related to your role with the institution. The changes affect how you appear in the Directory Service and determine your rights to the network services offered.
- Service Management: This option displays the services offered to you by NOC and the available rights according to each of them, based on your profile. For some of the services you have the right to subscribe/unsubscribe, while for others you have the right to configure them.
- Change Password : With this option you can change your password.
