
The User Support service (Helpdesk) is the point of contact for users with the network and its services. He undertakes the processing of simple requests (approval and renewal of user accounts, provision of new or transfer of existing network or voice connections), the resolution of simple malfunctions (by phone or e-mail), as well as informing users on matters related to his competences Network Operations Center (NOC).
Furthermore, Helpdesk monitors daily the functions of the critical infrastructures of the data and voice network of the University of Athens and undertakes to coordinate the competent teams of NOC in case of breakdowns or problems.

User Support operates on the ground floor of NOC building, next to the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Athens, on the Ilisia Campus.
The Helpdesk is open daily 8:30 - 16:00
